Dec 2024 updates required

Project is getting old/stale. Some updates are needed:

• Baseline Ubuntu 24.04 LTS level tools
• Update ffmpeg commands and colorspace commands to be part of the filter rather than main commands

• Update ImageMagick commands from old convert, montage, etc commands to new magick commands
• Add EBU and SMPTE colour bars, attempt to build in YIQ/YCbCr colourspaces directly rather than RGB if possible (assuming ImageMagick and ffmpeg can set/read appropriate metadata, investigate OpenImageIO/OpenColorIO or calculate conversions in Python if not):

  • SMPTE "Super Black" 3.5 IRE is impossible in DVD/VOB/MPEG2, so note this in documentation

SMPTE bar colour calibration using "blue only" mode on PVMs, some TVs, and maybe RetroTink and other scalers (to investigate). Example video:
