Acting as a power optimizer in an array of PV

Do you think it could be adopted to behave like a power optimizer?

Thank you. The difficulty might be the software control of the MPPT DC-DC converter. It has relatively slow response time. This is ok if the output is connected to a battery (voltage cannot change very quickly) but might not be ok for the kind of dynamic load a power optimizer would see.
