Add basic CD player controls to WebUI

It would be great to be able use the Web UI as a CD Player, diagnostically it has merit as it allows you to test independently of a host and I'm sure it would be appreciated for anyone that finds for whatever reason the host is failing to send a media stop or play, also good just to listen to the tracks.

Not a bad idea, and quite simple to add. The hardest part is the designing the UI

How do we keep exclusive access away from the OS? Can we issue "CDROM Busy" if we are busying performing playback in the web UI?

Could you add this in one of the future updates? I'm heading out of town soon and would like to play around with the player :)
