Own the v0.91.8 WP-14A integrated platform acceptance and deployment gate.

Required Outcome

ADL v2, Runtime v3, and C-SDLC v2 are accepted at exact revisions, installed on their stable operational paths, exercised through their declared lifecycle contracts, and covered by operations and recovery evidence.

• Three-product acceptance and deployment packet.
• Stable-install provenance and fresh-consumer proof.
• Operations, rollback/recovery, and lifecycle evidence.
• Exact-revision platform acceptance ledger for downstream consumers.

Acceptance Criteria

• [v0.91.8][WP-14] Fully accept and deploy C-SDLC v2 #5358 and [v0.91.8][WP-14] Fully accept and deploy Runtime v3 #5361 pass, and ADL v2 deployment proof is current.
• Direct acceptance inputs [v0.91.8][WP-14] Fully accept and deploy C-SDLC v2 #5358 and [v0.91.8][WP-14] Fully accept and deploy Runtime v3 #5361 are terminal or carry explicit evidence-backed dispositions.
• Planning text alone is not treated as deployment or v0.92 readiness.
• SRP/SOR and GitHub issue truth agree at closeout.

Created to preserve the v0.91.8 WP-14 acceptance/deployment content that temporarily overwrote #4641. #4641 has been restored to its v0.91.7 WP-14 role. Planning package creation is tracked by #5383.

WP-14A routing update: add WP-10A umbrella #5497 and children #5498-#5502 as v0.91.8 integrated platform inputs. The wave owns conductor planning, bounded Codex task/context transport, the revived live workcell dashboard, output convergence/replanning, and one live distributed workcell proof. #4760 remains the separate Memory Palace context-handoff owner. WP-14A should not claim integrated distributed multi-agent readiness unless #5501 passes or an operator-approved blocker is retained.
