Old UI is being removed

After introducing the new UI over a year ago, it's time to remove the old view-based UI. There will be a final v0.9.x release which includes the old UI before this PR is merged.

v0.10 and beyond will only include the composed-based UI.

Is it possible to polish the interface to the level of Wholphin? I really admire that project; it's quite well designed for Jellyfin. It would be amazing to adapt Stash to be just as polished. Thank you in advance.

Yes! I learned so much working on optimizing and polishing Wholphin. I've applied a few of these techniques to StashAppAndroidTV, but there's still a lot more to do. #800 does include a number of UI improvements now too.

Maybe! I think seeking in StashAppAndroidTV needs work, see #763 too.
