Description
I've encountered a few issues in the scene player UI and thought of things that could possible be improved in relation to playlists.
- [BUG] When the "Use up/down keys in scene UI" option is set, markers kinda break when starting a playlist. It is impossible to access the markers with the "down" key when the HUD is invoked.
- [BUG] When in a playlist, the "play next" button in the HUD stays visually greyed out (yet it is still functional), even tho there is a scene in the queue.
- [Improvement] Currently, when the "Use up/down keys in scene UI" option is set, the user has to press the "up" or "down" button for a while in order to jump to the next or previous item in the queue. Pressing those buttons shortly also invokes the HUD. I believe a cleaner approach would be to only invoke the scene HUD with the "enter" button when said option is set and therefor allow the user to jump up and down the queue by simply pressing "up" or "down" once.
- [Improvement] Slightly unrelated, but the "Play All" button might be a bit unnecessary. I think this could be handled by always creating playlists in sort order when starting playback of individual scenes. The user could then always transition between scenes with the "up" and "down" buttons and control the scene end behavior with the appropriate setting (This might need a new "play next item" option in the "scene end behavior" setting). It might also be a good idea to create a multi toggle for those scene end behaviors directly inside the scene HUD (Similar to how Spotify handles it for example). This behavior practically mimics the way stash itself handles this in the WebUI.
