Building the CLI and Branch Organization

It looks like we are at the start of building the CLI!

With that, I think we should consider adopting a parallel branch structure for development. Git Flow is a nice structure.

As we approach a working project, we may want to consider a Travis CI integration to automate deploying an NPM package on stable releases.
