There isn't an entity for "ALL" tab

Describe the bug
I am using a Controller 69 Pro, there is an "ALL" tab and I only have 1 port, port1.

When changing states in the "ALL" tab, it will change the states for Port 1 and HA is able to get the states. However, now if you try to make an action on Port1 using HA, it does not override the current state because Controller is still on "ALL" tab( port 1 states does not override "ALL" tab)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'ALL' tab on your controller
2. Set Power ON level to '10.'
3. Trigger an action on HA to set Power ON level to "4" on "Port 1".
4. There is no effect on the current wind output, it's still at "10", because Controller is on "All" tab.

Expected behavior
Wind output(Power ON) level should be at "4" instead of 10

@dalinicus I'm on 2.2.0 and this isn't resolved. Just want to confirm, this has not been implemented, correct?

No i haven't worked on this. Last time I looked, IIRC the "all tab" didn't really work like a normal device in the data, not to mention it doesn't really translate to an actual device in AC Infinity in the same way an actual device does. It would need special device handling. I think I almost threw a disclaimer/warning on the readme to ensure you're device wasn't in "all" mode when using this integration.

Was the goal to be able to control your devices using the all tab, was it purely information, or whats your desired goal?

Yea it just treats all of the down stream devices as one separate virtual device. If it's a 4 port device, there's a 5th virtual port called "All".

It's not that important. We can handle this at the user level in HA if it's a PITA to deal with in the API. Just wanted to confirm what we're seeing is expected.
