Using Europe's Final Countdown to limit people's meeting status updates

TLDR: Make a cut of Europe's "The Final Countdown" that slowly builds up for 30 seconds to the main breakdown. Cut it so that volume is slowly increasing over that time, giving the speaker a clear clue and incentive to hurry up. When the breakdown occurs, they are done.
