[BUG] Bookmarks losing position when cutting/pasting code

Describe the bug
When editing a file, and doing cut/paste, all of sudden my bookmarks are out of sync by a number of lines.

Expected behavior
Need to be able to trust that the bookmarks are not so brittle and ephemeral.

Seems to happen when I use LSP for refactoring commands. Maybe regular cut and paste is ok.
The vscode Bookmarks ext doesnt have this problem. But I like your organization better!
