Make log more convenient for errors and warnings

Currently, the problem is: If we select only errors and "newest 300", we do not get the 300 newest errors. Instead, we get the errors in the 300 newest entries. Two options:

1. Actually show the 300 newest errors.
2. Make it easier to select "all" by moving it to the top of the dropdown.
