Web: Calendar export as ICS

Client has requested that our calendar implementation is also shown on their website. We will not be handling the implementation on their website because that is a WordPress website, but the source of truth data is going to come from our website. The easiest way to export this kind of information is through an ICS file that is continuously updated through the web. Exposing this will make life a lot easier for anyone who wants to see our events.

• Create an iCal link to our events calendar.
• Make sure all the event data is included in the proper formatting.
