Also, client requested that we specify the times of day that the Social Worker team is available to take calls, which is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on working days Eastern Time.
We will have to put some banner text, warning banner text, for verified patients as well on the chat page, just letting them know that the times that a social worker is available are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days Eastern Time.
