PH Doser Improvements

It would be great if you could make the following changes when you get time:

1. Add a toggle switch for the PH doser control (on/off).
2. Add text sensor value for PH doser status: Auto/Off/Dispensing

Version 1.2.0b1 is out as a pre-release that adds a LOT of Chlorinator/CSAD functionality! Please feel free to try it out! It doesn't have an on/off for the pH doser yet (still trying to figure that command out), but it does have lots of other goodies.
