DNS server not loading on changing Wi-Fi connection

When changing Wi-Fi connections, DNS server will not load & cause connectivity errors. Need re-log in to fix.

(1) Removing the cold-boot line won't affect (might stabilize, but not resolve) this behavior. (2) Can restore connectivity with waiting around 60 seconds and/or quitting Firefox. Unsure if both are needed.
