duplicate items appear in the dropdown list

Describe the bug

Every time the refresh button is clicked, duplicate items appear in the dropdown list.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Pull Request Manager Hub'
2. Click on 'Refresh the list'
3. Open the repositories select
4. See error

Expected behavior
no duplicate items
