For data records, the operation can be load, insert, update, or delete.

For control records, the operation can be create-table, rename-table, drop-table, change-columns, add-column, drop-column, rename-column, or column-type-change.

Task

Implement all the operations.

Resolving GH-118 gives the DMS adapter a little bias to ignore DDL statements, because this fits CrateDB better. In this spirit, the shortcoming tracked here probably can be tuned down in priority.
