Handle of my field changes to 'admin' when i make any change to the settings of the field

I have a field called 'body' with the handle of 'body', field type 'ckeditor'.

When i make any change to this field, such as Heading levels or Advanced Link Fields, and Save, it then saves but changes my handle to 'admin'.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch! Can you please provide more info on how to reproduce? Also, are you still experiencing this when you disable all plugins and modules except CKEditor?

I have only 4 plugins on this project, when the other 3 are disabled its still happening.

So in CP, in my list of fields, click into my CKEditor field 'Body', handle='body', if i click on any of the selections of Header level or Advanced link fields, and save it, the handle changes to 'admin'. This is not a brand new site, its been working for a couple of years and i keep it updated every month. The client just asked for some changes which I've been working on and noticed that suddenly my body field disappeared on the front end. I have 9 CKEditor fields and its the same on all of them, any change and it changes the handle to 'admin'.

Let me know if there is anything more specific that would help figure out whats going on.

Could you please send your composer.json, composer.lock files and database export to support@craftcms.com so we can try to reproduce and dig deeper?

Yep. Just noticed if i change the field on my staging site, the handle gets replaced with 'root' rather than 'admin'...if thats helpful at all.

For posterity: this turned out to be related to a password manager autofill feature.
