While watching a stream if you tap on the "Received X Channel Points" notification, it shows you a log of all the points you've collected during that stream. But, if you close and reopen the stream, that log is gone.
The request is to have a Channel Points log that's stored locally and can be accessed any time by going to the stream menu, like this:
Would be even better if it also mentions the day and date of the stream where you received the points. As for the time of receiving, there is already an option for that called "Show timestamps".
