Add HTTPS server setup to lecture 07. Basic usage and an example.

Typically the services deployed in cloud have their own https ingress controller that takes care of initial HTTPS layer, the communication within cloud typically goes without HTTPS (SSL/TLS termination vs SSL Passtrough or mTLS). Maybe add example of ingress controller with HTTPS inlcuding self signed certificate ?

Yeah, I am aware. The point was just to showcase what it takes to setup a server in TLS mode (certificate, pkey etc.).

Not sure what to imagine under "ingress controller example" for our use case. I feel like there is not much time to cover some component or let alone a service implementation. Could you maybe elaborate on the example?
