As an educator, I would like to run SMIP outside of an IDE such as via the command line so that it can be run as a published application and without having to set up Pycharm or another IDE.

Acceptance Test

1. Download Project as zip
2. Ensure all required programs are installed and directory is properly named(Check README.md)
3. Confirm the application launches
