[SDK BUG] Don't touch EPP / power plan #103

Description

@Emtee88

Two problems forgot to mention (15.2 issues)

  1. Don't touch EPP and power plan(s) by default. I already have optimized EPP through (hidden) powercfg backed windows advanced power options for AC/DC.

1b: I thought i saw GoTweaks add another power profile randomly as well, next to my only (default) Balanced power plan.

  1. I vaguely remember EPP values that GoTweaks control werent saved either, but maybe that was a global related issue of profiles not being saved.
