Feature request: Toggle letters in multiple choice answers #152

No fields configured for issues without a type.
Currently, multiple choice answers display a leading letter by default (e.g.: A. Lorem ipsum // B. Sin dolor // C. Amet).
This is a low-level request, but it would be nice to have the option to show answers without that letter.
