Describe the bug
animations for ipad screen don't respond well.
while rest of the times its a bit slow to load up. we should reduce the duration of animation time within 400ms as per Doherty Threshold

https://beta.openregistry.dev, open with ipad resolution screens
Expected behavior
the animations won't play which leaves empty spots on the screen
