This is currently a dream.
Once we have end-2-end analysis in the Napari plugin (i.e. registration + preprocessing + GLM/connectivity), it would be awesome to have a way to "export" this analysis as a python script.
Concretely, we would need to store, or monitor, what the user does in terms of steps that changes the data meaningfully. Another direction would be to have a full e2e analysis panel.
