The `utils` can handle >2 dimensions (we're testing 3, but the logic should automatically expand to more as well).
The frequencies analysis probably doesn't handle that just yet -- plus maybe we'll want to build in some logic for how to order the dimensions for the heatmap (e.g., the dimension with fewest levels goes on the outside)?
