RxJava errors silently ignored causing hidden crashes

Global RxJava error handler silently ignores critical exceptions in CommonsApplication.kt.This hides crashes and can leave users stuck in unresponsive UI states.

Opened #6916 — a small, low-risk fix (replaces the no-op error consumer with logging, same crash-prevention behaviour, but now visible). @Roniscend, saw you'd asked to be assigned this in April — this one's small enough I went ahead rather than let it sit, happy for it to be superseded if you're already on it.

Logging will help the developers, right? How does it prevent this problem mentioned in the description:
