[Bug]: [forge1.16.5] Close F3 crash / Configure BetterF3 crash

Describe the Bug

A: Press f3 to watch for a while, turn off f3 and crash.

B: f3+m Open the configuration page, click the button, crash.

Steps to Reproduce

A: Open f3
A: Turn off f3

B: f3+m
B: Configure BetterF3

Expected Behavior

A: Close F3 crash.

B: Configure BetterF3 crash.
