Wrong parachutes deployment angles

The parachutes on the modular docking port (the 1.25m one, though I haven't tested the small one), when deployed, do not spread out each in their own direction. Instead, they all shift in the same direction (which is outwards for one of them, and sideways for the other two). This happens regardless of whether they are placed individually or via 3-way symmetry. I am using RealChutes, but I don't believe it has any impact, since the parachutes in this mod use the stock module instead of its one. Stock (radial) chutes, when placed in symmetry mode, spread out correctly, so this has to be an issue with this mod, though I don't have a clue what it is. This isn't a gamebreaking issue, obviously, but it is really visually unpleasant

In 3 way symmetry it should work. Do you happen to have a picture of the issue? The parachute deploy direction is a bit wonky, but its because I don't know of a better way to spread out the parachutes since they aren't radially attached.

Here you go. This is in three-way symmetry, and as you can see, they are very clearly all skewed to the same side.

So, I'm still not sure why that's happening (Probably some Blender->Unity->KSP bug), but I am working on a version 2.0 update for the mod that radically changes things, which should hopefully fix your issue, since the parachutes will be deployed from the center of a single part.

RealChute is the problem. I'm not sure how the mod works but i do know that RealChute doesn't do spacing between parachutes like stock does. I'm betting the mod uses this and therefore with RealChute they dont space out.

Hmm, yeah maybe it's a conflict with real chute. I think I looked into that mod once but I can't remember. I'm kindof checked out of KSP for the time being TBH, and waiting for something better, but if I have the time and interest I might finish my v2 update that I mentioned eariler.
