docs(marketing): tighten the README hook, lead with the differentiator not a 47-word subtitle #161

Description

@benjamineckstein

Problem. README.md:9 is one 47-word run-on sentence; the differentiator ("unlike annotation-driven tools, this goes the other way") is buried at :29. MARKETING.md already has a tighter two-clause one-liner.

Fix. Replace the blockquote with a two-line hook — line 1 the problem (hand-written DTOs drift from the contract), line 2 the one-sentence solution + the spec-first-vs-scramble contrast. Lead the prose with the spatie/laravel-data angle; move the feature list into a bullet block below.

Done when. The first screen states the differentiator; features remain discoverable below.

Filed from a repo-wide improvement audit; every claim was adversarially verified against source.
