Current baseline: commit b8e2ee2 (Batch 14D; 14E pending push). Historical 10E checkpoint content is retained below for traceability.

Issue #6 Open — tracks apply implementation

Batch 12F-P verified a generated offline post-upload CSV (20 headers, row 3 imports, stale row 2 skips on review_status). This confirms the importer accepts the expected post-upload structure and moderation values. It is not live Google Sheet proof.

Google live Sheet automation remains blocked (grid editing, bound Apps Script, standalone Apps Script paste/run, clasp wrong account, Sheets API unavailable, Drive export not found). Prior Batch 12F-K fallback artifact also passed verification (processed=1, would_import=1, skipped=0).

Do not implement --apply until a real live Sheet export passes all Section 18 live gates or Section 18 is explicitly amended by maintainer decision.

Repo docs define expected columns. The live Sheet was not inspected in this checkpoint (maintainer-only access). Manual verification required.

Open the project Google Sheet and confirm:

  1. All nine maintainer column headers exist with exact names (case-sensitive).
  2. Data validation or dropdowns match SOP allowed values where practical.
  3. At least one test row exercises approved_for_import + import_ready=yes for future dry-run testing.
  4. Optional contact email column is not referenced in any import-ready test row metadata exports.

Gap: post-launch-roadmap.md Track 1 still mentions only review_status, reviewer, notes in one line — superseded by moderation SOP (cosmetic doc drift).
