You can start create a folder with name backend and inside the backend you can start backend development
for backend you need to create only API using Fast api and frontend contributors will use that

Do these changes in README

• Mention backend deployement link or add local setup steps
• Mention how then can use there env variables in .env file
• add the endpoints in readme
