We want to utilize google calendar api in order to manage events from discord
USER STORY (how it should be implemented)
- User should be able to see events from 'Code Coogs Event Calendar' on Discord
- Discord Bot would automatically get webhook on Google calendar updates
- User can edit event from Discord if they would like
- Role-Permission only for officers/ executives for editing functionality
- ALL Users can see events
