Add multiplayer-client and multiplayer-server packages #63

Summary

Split the Socket.IO-based multiplayer code from the P2P package into two dedicated packages:

  • @webgamekit/multiplayer-client — Socket.IO client that connects to a dedicated server
  • @webgamekit/multiplayer-server — Socket.IO server (Node.js only) that manages player registry

Also adds the MultiplayerClient experiment view demonstrating the client package.
