this morning (2017-10-24 06:27:12), tracker FED 144 got stuck. The DAQExpert diagnosed it correctly and issued the audible alarm for 'NoRateWhenExpected' (SadThatItTurnedOutBad.wav) twice at 06:27:12 and 06:28:29. However, in CMS-WOW, this jingle never arrived:
Tue Oct 24 06:27:16 CEST 2017 -> play options file : added-complete.wav text ''
Tue Oct 24 06:27:16 CEST 2017 : added-complete.wav does not exist, therefore I cannot play it.
Tue Oct 24 06:27:20 CEST 2017 -> play options file : added-complete.wav text ''
Tue Oct 24 06:27:20 CEST 2017 : added-complete.wav does not exist, therefore I cannot play it.
Tue Oct 24 06:28:30 CEST 2017 : playing U2SingelBell.wav
Tue Oct 24 06:28:30 CEST 2017 -> play options file : U2SingelBell.wav text ''
Tue Oct 24 06:28:32 CEST 2017 : playing U2SingelBell.wav
Tue Oct 24 06:28:32 CEST 2017 -> play options file : U2SingelBell.wav text ''
Tue Oct 24 06:28:36 CEST 2017 -> play options file : added-complete.wav text ''
Tue Oct 24 06:28:36 CEST 2017 : added-complete.wav does not exist, therefore I cannot play it.
Note that the interleaved 'End' audible (U2SingelBell.wav) was received by CMS-WOW. Also the default jingle is not known by WOW. I don't know if this in on purpose or not.
Unfortunately, the missing audio alarm caused ~15 minutes downtime as the shifter became only aware of the problem at 6:43.
