Dashboard improvements #229

Description

@m-gl

Problem:

  • previous records are not easily distinguished from currently active (those dominated by the root problem that is displayed in main section)
  • too many entries appear if multiple conditions are satisfied even though there is one root problem (this happens if some LM are substeps to other LMs)

Proposed solution:

  • introduce another section between current-problem and recent-problems that will group only active conditions
  • recent problems will group only finished conditions
  • dominated conditions (the ones that are caused by currently dominating) will be displayed in minimalistic way (ready to expand to see more details) right next to currently dominating one with a note "This causes: "

Other ideas:

  • if 2 independent problems arise simultaneously we'll display two main sections. So far only one case found that lasted for 10 seconds
