Execution error '.NotFoundError'

Hello,

I am very interested in testing this tool on our data and currently getting an error when trying to execute the script as you recommend.

I am very novice in terms of Python scripting so I really don't know how to start debugging.

I am running the next command:

 python .\run.py --model_dir .\ --inference_input_file .\Hela_200907223611_QE.mgf --rescore

The model is in the same folder as the mgf file.

And receiving the next error:

tensorflow.python.framework.errors_impl.NotFoundError: Failed to create a directory: log_ablation/log_best_700k...\best_bleu; No such file or directory

Do you have any idea of what might be happening?

I would really appreciate any help.
