read in prometheus metrics

can do some cool stuff if there is a prometheus deployed related to time series metrics versus going to grafana

These are endpoints of ceph mgr prometheus module, note the prometheus itself. It is supposed that the prometheus queries it periodically to get ceph stats and update the db.

So you may query this stats but it will not be time series but just data for the moment of the query. BTW, our ceph_diagnostic_collect does it. Or you need to find the prometheus endpoint and get time series there.
