Hi Clover Team,
I’m reaching out regarding a bridge transaction I initiated on May 10, 2025 using the official CLV Wallet App. I bridged 113,126.157608 CLV from CLV M-Chain to Ethereum, but unfortunately the transaction is still stuck after almost 2 months.
Transaction Details:
Current Status:
- The burn appears confirmed on Subscan.
- The CLV Wallet still shows “Pending.”
- No CLV tokens have been minted on Ethereum.
🛠️ What I’ve Tried So Far:
- Emailed
business@clv.org – no response.
- Submitted Subscan feedback.
- Posted a GitHub issue earlier – no follow-up.
- Got redirected to a suspicious-looking site (
https://decentralize.sbs/defisaver.com) claiming to offer support – likely a phishing link.
Request:
This is a significant amount for me. I’m kindly asking the dev or bridge team to review this case and escalate it to the relayers if needed. I’d really appreciate any clarity on whether this can still be processed, or if a refund is possible.
Thanks in advance — happy to provide anything else needed to help resolve this.
Best regards,
Sajid Afridi
