[URGENT] Bridge Transaction Stuck Since May – No Resolution, Suspicious Third-Party Link Given

Hi Clover Team,

I’m reaching out regarding a bridge transaction I initiated on May 10, 2025 using the official CLV Wallet App. I bridged 113,126.157608 CLV from CLV M-Chain to Ethereum, but unfortunately the transaction is still stuck after almost 2 months.

• The burn appears confirmed on Subscan.
• The CLV Wallet still shows “Pending.”
• No CLV tokens have been minted on Ethereum.

🛠️ What I’ve Tried So Far:

• Emailed business@clv.org – no response.
• Submitted Subscan feedback.
• Posted a GitHub issue earlier – no follow-up.
• Got redirected to a suspicious-looking site (https://decentralize.sbs/defisaver.com) claiming to offer support – likely a phishing link.

This is a significant amount for me. I’m kindly asking the dev or bridge team to review this case and escalate it to the relayers if needed. I’d really appreciate any clarity on whether this can still be processed, or if a refund is possible.

Hi Clover team,

I'm reporting an unresolved issue related to a bridge transaction that has been stuck since early May 2025. I’ve already raised this under clover-bridge-contracts but received no response.

Recently, I was redirected by someone claiming to represent support to an external site: https://decentralize.sbs/defisaver — which appears suspicious and has no clear association with official Clover infrastructure.

As the data (wallet address, transaction hash, on-chain logs) are already accessible, I don’t understand why this can’t be resolved directly by the bridge or relayer team.

Please advise:

• Why users are being redirected to unknown third-party sites?
• Whether Clover has a formal support process or relayer escalation path?
• If this issue will be resolved internally and updates posted here.

I’m happy to cooperate fully but won't engage with unofficial links. Please treat this matter seriously and respond via this official GitHub thread.
