Build a DA app to streamline the Demo Creator flow

Me as SC want to build my own site based on the demo site with all the site configs etc. cloned, keep it repoless or point to my own git repo, DA content folder and have all the block library, configs etc. all copied over

At the end, post 2-3 clicks Solution Consultant should have a fully functional cloned demo site that the user can reskin, revamp the content or do whatever relevant to the customer demo
