[featurerequest] add options for renderer

i need to change the options in the rendere to use the https://mdit-plugins.github.io/include.html plugin.

so it would be great to have a :renderOptions="" attribute that is given to the render function..

if you accept pr's i think i can do it - its a very simple extension..
