Implement Puzzle Loading and Displaying

As a developer, I want to load and display puzzles to the user so they can start solving them.

• Design a way to load puzzles.
• Display the loaded puzzle to the user.
• Keep track of the current puzzle.
• Build behavioral tests for testing the puzzle process
