Update profile page to match updated profile design

We have an updated design to work from for updating our profile view.

The main changes for this, informed by the mockup would be:

• updating the colour scheme
• adding the visual links for linkedIn and linking back to slack

Queries:

• We don't have a job title in airtable directory, nor the in the google join form. there's something like it in slack, but it's a one liner, which people use to list a role and the org they work at. Worth importing?
