Missing files JSON.FLL and VFP2C32.FLL, demo site files

There are some files missing which are required for the build:

Program c:...\prg\json.prg has the following errors:
Unknown JSONESCAPESTR - Undefined
Unknown JSONUNESCAPESTR - Undefined

Program c:...\prg\webthreads2.prg has the following errors:
Unknown CREATETHREADOBJECT - Undefined
Unknown AERROREX - Undefined

These files were included with the demo site, but where to download that now? Of course, I have these files, but how can anyone new get them?
