decompress raw data in windows

Hi I'm trying to decompress the lzo files in windows. However, it doesn't allow me a correct installation of LZO in python or conda. I'm trying with the executable too, but I doesn´t work.

I don't know of any great LZO tools on Windows, I think Linux/MacOS/Unix based systems have no problem with built in tools however

I believe lzop (https://www.lzop.org) will work with Windows.
