Context
The V1→V2 migration guide states that CCTP V1 will be phased out over 10 months starting July 2026, and that "CCTP V2 contracts are available on all CCTP V1 chains except for Aptos, Noble, and Sui. Aptos and Sui will be supported by V2 before the phase out begins."
The Supported Blockchains and Domains page currently still lists Sui (domain 8) under "CCTP V1 (Legacy) only", and this sui-cctp repo's master/mainnet branches appear to contain V1 contracts only (latest substantive commit Dec 2024, with V2 / Fast Transfer / Hooks not yet present).
Questions
Is there a more specific target date (or testnet → mainnet sequence) for CCTP V2 support on Sui ahead of the July 2026 V1 phase-out?
Will V2 on Sui ship in this sui-cctp repository (e.g. a new branch/release), and is there a way to track progress (milestone, project board, or announcement channel)?
Will Sui get the full V2 feature set on launch — Fast Transfer and Hooks — or an initial subset?
For integrators building now: do you recommend integrating V1 today and migrating later, or waiting for the V2 release on Sui?
