Chutes 500 status code using Kilo Code

I've been using Chutes for a few days without a single issue so far but since this morning I get a "500 status code (no body)" error. I tried contacting the support by email but apparently it doesn't work and I get the following error message:
550: 5.1.1 support@chutes.ai: Recipient address rejected: Address is not configured to receive emails

I also tried to contact support through Discord but I couldn't find their server. The support button on their website is broken.

The issue may be caused by the last Kilo Code update but I'm really not sure about this. Other providers are working fine on Kilo Code though.

All of them. I reverted back to version 4.84.0 and it solved the issue but I can't access DeepSeek 3.1 anymore.

Error handling:

• Add try/except around critical paths (model initialization, API calls) to return 500 with error details instead of crashing.
• Return structured error responses (JSON with error code/message) instead of empty 500s.

Logging and monitoring:

• Log exceptions with stack traces and request context (endpoint, user, timestamp) for debugging.
• Add health check endpoints (/health, /ready) to surface initialization/readiness issues.

Initialization:

• Add retries with exponential backoff for model loading and external dependencies.
• Validate configuration at startup and fail fast with clear errors.
