Add plot Pareto

My suggest to add plot function to viz chart with dual y-axis. I think this “key” feature is Pareto tool that use most often in decision making.
Sidetable is save much time and support desion making tool right now. Manufacturing field is need this library as daily tool.

That's a good idea. I think all the data is there so it should not be too terribly difficult to do.

If you have an interest in trying to do it, feel free to fork it and try. If not, I'll see what I can do.

My develop to handle case use sidetable with one argument. Eg. df.stb.freq("feature1")
Not complete handle two argument like example df.stb.freq("feature1", "feature2").
Here my share code, I think you can deeply understand to handle two of them.
