How should we go about creating sheets for different commands with the same name?

When I think of the parallel command, I think of GNU parallel, but some people might have the moreutils version installed. Also there are significant differences in the BSD find command and the linux find command. Do you already have a standard way of dealing with this?

There is no standard way to deal with this (as such issue is not mentioned in README containing rules how to write pages). But I guess we can describe differences in one page adding notes about differences where they are.
