1. Is there a way to filter the users so that only certain users will pop up in the add member section instead of everybody who is added to the chat-engine server
2. Context: we have an employer dashboard that has a list of employees who the employer can message separately. How can we implement a way to start a chat with a specific employee apart from using the add member in the chatSetting Component. In other words, clicking on the employee name in the dashboard will bring the employer to the messenger with the employee already added to the chat.
